Defined by system requirements
Tests and acceptance criteria are defined with you, from the objectives and requirements of your system. Each measurement campaign is then executed and rigorously analysed, with full traceability of results.
The actuator is tested with its electronics and control
We do not test the actuator in isolation. The complete assembly: actuator + control board + algorithm is validated together, under conditions representative of the real system.
Parameter identification and calibrated models
The bench also serves to identify actuator parameters (resistance, inductance, losses, mechanical constant…) and to build models of your subsystems.
Expert deliverables, not raw curves
Certified datasheet, calibrated model, traceable report, reproducible procedure. You leave with a document you can defend in a design review or hand to your client.
